Come join us for a fun and informative tree identification guided walk at Veterans Park in Hamilton, New Jersey. This is a fun and laid back way to learn about the top 30 - 40 most common trees in the mid-Atlantic region with other tree hobbyists. This guided walk will explore the various ways to identify our native tree species - tree shape, leaf shape, bark color and texture, leaf bud arrangement, and flowers. Your guide, Licensed Tree Expert and Princeton Arborist Taylor Sapudar, will also cover such topics as How Trees Grow, Native vs Non-Native Species, and Proper Planting Techniques.
